Ascoli Picchio F.C.'s Jim Luirink proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 8th minute of the match, managed to save Ascoli Picchio F.C. from getting a goal against them. Ascoli Picchio F.C.'s Jim Luirink played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sali Urban in the 12th minute of play. Emiel Valx charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Emiel Valx the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of ΔΓЅΣ∏ ΔLLΔ ∏GΣGG booed when Ascoli Picchio F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emiel Valx didn't get a good kick on the ball. Sali Urban struck a weak shot in the 16th minute. Jim Luirink didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for ΔΓЅΣ∏ ΔLLΔ ∏GΣGG. In the 18th minute Sali Urban shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jim Luirink saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Etienne Van Thomme's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Jim Luirink firmly grabbed it by the left post. 23 minutes into the match, Ascoli Picchio F.C.'s goalkeeper Jim Luirink had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Roberto-Carlos Effenberger. Jim Luirink made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sali Urban in the 24th minute of play. Ascoli Picchio F.C.'s defense didn't have a chance, in the 25th minute, when Sali Urban scored to the left of an out of position Jim Luirink, making the score, 1-0. 29 minutes into the game, Sali Urban cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Jim Luirink was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 32 played minutes Ascoli Picchio F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Michel van Zwam. After recieving a nice pass, ΔΓЅΣ∏ ΔLLΔ ∏GΣGG's Sali Urban tried to score from far away in the 36th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. 37 minutes into the game, Arnold Diekelmann was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ΔΓЅΣ∏ ΔLLΔ ∏GΣGG's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ascoli Picchio F.C. the free kick. Arnold Diekelmann hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. Ascoli Picchio F.C.'s Edward Waterman got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jim Luirink showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sali Urban in the 48th minute of the match.
An unexpectedly hard shot by Etienne Van Thomme in the 53rd minute of play forced Ascoli Picchio F.C.'s goalkeeper Jim Luirink to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 55thth minute of the game Sali Urban who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ascoli Picchio F.C.'s Jim Luirink was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 58 minutes into the match, Ascoli Picchio F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Arnold Diekelmann came free, but Jim Luirink reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 67th minute of the match, Michel van Zwam tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Jan-Oliver Reinke saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 69 minutes into the match, Kevin Behrens had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jim Luirink. Ascoli Picchio F.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Kevin Behrens was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. 76 minutes into the match, Etienne Van Thomme notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Ascoli Picchio F.C.'s Jim Luirink. Jim Luirink was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 78 minutes into the game, ΔΓЅΣ∏ ΔLLΔ ∏GΣGG's Etienne Van Thomme nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jim Luirink made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. Jim Luirink showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Roberto-Carlos Effenberger, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. Roland Bartek recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 87 minutes into the match, Ascoli Picchio F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Roland Bartek came free, but Jim Luirink reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jim Luirink took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sali Urban, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Roland Bartek sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 95 played minutes Ascoli Picchio F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Edward Waterman. There was no doubt that ΔΓЅΣ∏ ΔLLΔ ∏GΣGG were the better team. ΔΓЅΣ∏ ΔLLΔ ∏GΣGG's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
