But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gencho Irmanov couldn't finish the play. Tzolo Babanski's late challenge caught a Dutch Rebels's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Yens Iansens scored 1-0 in the 27th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Viden Vladev, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Tzolo Babanski got his second yellow card in the match during the 29th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After a rather tough play, ФК Фанагория's Tzolo Babanski got a free kick in the 30th minute. After 31 played minutes ФК Фанагория got a freekick which was hit by Hristiyan Laptev. In the 32nd minute of the match Guilian Boffin sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Viden Vladev skillfully saved the ball. Geoffry Borginions succeeded in the game's 34th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 2-0. Viden Vladev didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Yens Iansens went, in the 38th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. When the match had gone on for 42 minutes, Gustaaf Vranckx took a quick shot and it went in 4-0 without a chance for Viden Vladev to make any attempt to save it. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Yens Iansens to make the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Petar Burnazov in the 51st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dante De Smet prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Geoffry Borginions fell near the penalty area in the 55th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Dutch Rebels's protests and gave Geoffry Borginions a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Dutch Rebels getting a freekick after 55 minutes play. Geoffry Borginions hit a great ball. With an all-out effort, ФК Фанагория's Dante De Smet threw himself towards the right post 58 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Neycho Kalinkov, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Viden Vladev came out of the goal in the 62nd minute to try and stop a shot by Dutch Rebels's Yens Iansens. But to his dismay, Yens Iansens quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Yens Iansens in the 65th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Viden Vladev prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 72 minutes into the game, Tzeno Dzhakov was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ФК Фанагория's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Dutch Rebels the free kick. In the 72nd minute, Tzeno Dzhakov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dante De Smet made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Petar Burnazov in the 78th minute of play. The supporters of Dutch Rebels booed when ФК Фанагория was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tzeno Dzhakov didn't get a good kick on the ball. 87 minutes into the match, ФК Фанагория's goal looked a bit too open when Gustaaf Vranckx came free, but Viden Vladev reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. ФК Фанагория's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
