The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 3 minutes into the match, STORM CORNER F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Brecht Van Beneden came free, but Gábor Túri reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gábor Túri made a fantastic save in the 13th minute, when Ernest Tailleur sent off a good shot on target. After 14 minutes STORM CORNER F.C.'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ernest Tailleur who took care of the corner kick. A collision led to All Stars Gent getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Brecht Van Beneden hit a great ball. Gábor Túri made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jan-Simon Backers in the 21st minute of play. Andreas Meynen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kálmán Kerekes in the 23rd minute of the match. The supporters of STORM CORNER F.C. booed when All Stars Gent was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gillis Raeimakers didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, All Stars Gent's Gillis Raeimakers got a free kick in the 25th minute. In the 29th match minute, All Stars Gent was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Brecht Van Beneden to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, All Stars Gent's Jan-Simon Backers got a free kick in the 30th minute. STORM CORNER F.C.'s Gábor Túri played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jan-Simon Backers in the 32nd minute of play. 36 minutes into the match, Klaus Verhengen had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gábor Túri. STORM CORNER F.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Klaus Verhengen was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. In the 42nd minute Brecht Van Beneden shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gábor Túri saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Gergely Kiss's late challenge caught a All Stars Gent's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gergely Kiss helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of All Stars Gent booed when STORM CORNER F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gábor Túri didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ernest Tailleur went, in the 71st minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. 76 minutes into the game, All Stars Gent's Ernest Tailleur nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gábor Túri made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. Brecht Van Beneden kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. A collision led to STORM CORNER F.C. getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Károly Danka hit a great ball. Gillis Raeimakers was shown his second yellow card after 82 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Gillis Raeimakers kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. In the 86th minute, Károly Danka hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 90th minute, Ernest Tailleur got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Brecht Van Beneden scored 4-0 in the 95th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gábor Túri, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
