Spectators: 160 (Terracing: 120, Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) Christijan Sijmonds started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 4th minute Lennart Schalkwijk shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thobias De Vriendt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 6 minutes into the match, Felix Hostens notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of SV Balverliefd's Victor Zondervan. Victor Zondervan was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Erwin Moes scored 1-1 in the 10th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Thobias De Vriendt, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of SV Balverliefd booed when Ad Fundum was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mitch Helssen didn't get a good kick on the ball. SV Balverliefd's Victor Zondervan proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save SV Balverliefd from getting a goal against them. After 23 minutes, Jan Alferink mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SV Balverliefd and the Ad Fundum players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 23rd match minute, SV Balverliefd was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jan Alferink to maneuver through the defense. In the 26th minute Huib Smit shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thobias De Vriendt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 35th minute Yoeri Van Eijken shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Victor Zondervan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 37 minutes into the game, Yoeri Van Eijken cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Victor Zondervan was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 42 minutes into the match, Huib Smit had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Thobias De Vriendt. Ad Fundum's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Huib Smit was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. Thobias De Vriendt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lennart Schalkwijk, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. Thobias De Vriendt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lennart Schalkwijk in the 47th minute of the match. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Bob Stevens stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lennart Schalkwijk couldn't finish the play. Victor Zondervan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eddy Stuckers in the 90th minute of play. SV Balverliefd's Victor Zondervan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yoeri Van Eijken in the 93rd minute of play. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
