In the 3rd minute, Mark Nijsse hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 4 minutes into the match, AVV Zeeburgia's goal looked a bit too open when Tzvetoslav Levchev came free, but Chiel Wilson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Koos Alberts ran back to his position shaking his head. A collision led to Manchester United F.C. getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Tzvetoslav Levchev hit a great ball. If Tzvetan Dragoshinov had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. AVV Zeeburgia's Chiel Wilson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gonzalo Higuaín in the 27th minute of play. After 32 minutes of play Manchester United F.C.'s Tzvetoslav Levchev was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. The supporters of AVV Zeeburgia booed when Manchester United F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tzvetoslav Levchev didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gregor Schut in the 35th minute of play forced Manchester United F.C.'s goalkeeper Mladen Mangúrov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 39 minutes into the match, Manchester United F.C.'s goalkeeper Mladen Mangúrov had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Koos Alberts. 44 minutes into the match, AVV Zeeburgia's goal looked a bit too open when Gonzalo Higuaín came free, but Chiel Wilson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gregor Schut to make the kick off. Mladen Mangúrov came out of the goal and Gregor Schut tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Chiel Wilson was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Gonzalo Higuaín showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-2 in the 85 minute of play. Koos Alberts sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 94th minute, Arie van Zeist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Manchester United F.C.'s Manol Vakarelov couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 95th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for AVV Zeeburgia. Chiel Wilson made a fantastic save in the 97th minute, when Manol Vakarelov sent off a good shot on target. The Manchester United F.C. supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Manchester United F.C. would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
