Hélder Pereira dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. 10 minutes into the match, Desportivo Coala's goal looked a bit too open when Faustão Brodel came free, but Hélder Pereira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hélder Pereira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Faustão Brodel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Desportivo Coala defense, Óskar Aspfors kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hélder Pereira. The Desportivo Coala fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hélder Pereira should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Óskar Aspfors in the 18th minute of play forced Desportivo Coala's goalkeeper Hélder Pereira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tomás Tasso took the ball and in the 21 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Hélder Pereira. Hélder Pereira dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. 26 minutes into the game, Tomás Tasso cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-5. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 31 minutes into the match, Desportivo Coala's goal looked a bit too open when Óskar Aspfors came free, but Hélder Pereira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Desportivo Coala's zone, Faustão Brodel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hélder Pereira came out of the goal and Faustão Brodel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 35 played minutes Desportivo Coala got a freekick which was hit by Ismael Toledo. Hélder Pereira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomás Tasso in the 39th minute of play. Óskar Aspfors took the ball and in the 42 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Hélder Pereira. Hélder Pereira dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-6. Desportivo Coala's Hélder Pereira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Faustão Brodel in the 46th minute of play. 47 minutes into the game, Óskar Aspfors cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-7. Hélder Pereira was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.

Glauco Abraão blasted a shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Hélder Pereira having to make a save. Desportivo Coala's Hélder Pereira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Óskar Aspfors in the 53rd minute of play. Hélder Pereira made an important save on a dangerous shot by Óskar Aspfors in the 55th minute. Hélder Pereira was left in no man's land by his defense there!
