Spectators: 152 (Terracing: 114, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Andrézinho Pinho took the kick off in the first half of the match. Wellington de Almeida made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Armando Saldanha in the 6th minute of play. Jano Sabóia struck a weak shot in the 7th minute. Wellington de Almeida didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FÊNIX F.C.. After a rather tough play, Agro Imortal's Cipriano Sampaio got a free kick in the 12th minute. When Raimundo Rezende fell near the penalty area in the 13th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Agro Imortal's protests and gave Raimundo Rezende a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Agro Imortal getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Raimundo Rezende hit a great ball. Armando Saldanha recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Otávio da Mata stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Andrézinho Pinho's shot from short distance in the 24th minute. Luís Fabiano Aparecido kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Waldir Brito scored 0-1 in the 32nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Wellington de Almeida, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jano Sabóia in the 40th minute of play forced Agro Imortal's goalkeeper Wellington de Almeida to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Agro Imortal's zone, Waldir Brito stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Wellington de Almeida came out of the goal and Waldir Brito tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 43rd minute, Cipriano Sampaio reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Otávio da Mata. The goal made the score 1-1. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Waldir Brito was the one to do the kick off. In the 54th minute, Jano Sabóia fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Andrézinho Pinho in the 58th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Otávio da Mata prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to FÊNIX F.C. getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Marcos Maranhense hit a great ball. Waldir Brito's late challenge caught a Agro Imortal's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Waldir Brito helped the player get up and apologised. Waldir Brito kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Agro Imortal's Luís Fabiano Aparecido got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Wellington de Almeida made an important save on a dangerous shot by Percival Cunha in the 76th minute. When Agro Imortal's Andrézinho Pinho in the 79th minute got a chance for a shot 79th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FÊNIX F.C.'s goalie prevented a goal. 82 minutes into the match, FÊNIX F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Andrézinho Pinho came free, but Otávio da Mata reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cipriano Sampaio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Otávio da Mata having to interfere. Nuno Pereira kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. In the 89th minute of the match Raimundo Rezende shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Otávio da Mata showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by José Pedro Montenegro in the 91st minute of play forced FÊNIX F.C.'s goalkeeper Otávio da Mata to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
