With a couple of smart ball manuevers Elano Berger in the 29th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fiori Salles saved MALAIA FDFDF from getting behind. Paris San Duíche's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Dagoberto Tinoco in the 34th minute. After 34 played minutes Paris San Duíche got a freekick which was hit by Davi Alcântara. Fiori Salles stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Elano Berger's shot from short distance in the 37th minute. Paris San Duíche's Deivid Machado got a good chance for a goal in the 38th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 39th minute, Gilson Paraense left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The MALAIA FDFDF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Elano Berger to make the kick off. In the 54th match minute, Paris San Duíche was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rodrigo Rodrigues to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in MALAIA FDFDF's zone, Elano Berger stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fiori Salles came out of the goal and Elano Berger tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Fiori Salles stood somewhat misplaced when Elano Berger came free in front of goal and shot 3-4 to the left of him in the 69 minute. When Cristian Teles fell near the penalty area in the 73rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored MALAIA FDFDF's protests and gave Cristian Teles a yellow card for diving instead. Cristian Teles hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. Paris San Duíche's Deivid Machado quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Lúcio Recife, made in the 78th minute of the game. If Elano Berger had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Paris San Duíche's Thiago Batista played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gilson Paraense in the 92nd minute of play. If Beto Alves had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Paris San Duíche's Elano Berger in the 96th minute got a chance for a shot 96th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye MALAIA FDFDF's goalie prevented a goal. Paris San Duíche played a much better game than MALAIA FDFDF and deserved their victory. The MALAIA FDFDF players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
