Spectators: 151 (Terracing: 114, Seating: 34, VIP seats: 3) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Nelson de Queiroz kicked off to start the match. Deivid Bueno's late challenge caught a Los Andes FC - FSCMZ's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Deivid Bueno helped the player get up and apologised. In the 4th minute, Natanael Couto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mário Bastos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Cido Meireles tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Pirajiba's zone, Raimundo Terra stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cido Meireles came out of the goal and Raimundo Terra tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mário Bastos took the ball and in the 9 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cido Meireles. Cido Meireles dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. After 12 played minutes Los Andes FC - FSCMZ got a freekick which was hit by Rômulo Vidal. A collision led to Pirajiba getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Natanael Couto hit a great ball. In the 17th minute, Raimundo Terra ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cido Meireles was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. When Los Andes FC - FSCMZ's Mário Bastos in the 20th minute got a chance for a shot 20th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Los Andes FC - FSCMZ's Alisson Becker proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save Los Andes FC - FSCMZ from getting a goal against them. Raimundo Terra recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Pirajiba getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Jairo Santana hit a great ball. If Nelson de Queiroz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. If Nelson de Queiroz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Alisson Becker made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nelson de Queiroz in the 58th minute of play. A collision led to Los Andes FC - FSCMZ getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Luisinho Alcântara fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alisson Becker having to interfere. Cido Meireles took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Raimundo Terra, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Oséas Camargo thought of kicking away a contribution in front of goal but messed it up so badly that the ball went to the right of an astonished Alisson Becker, a very annoying self made goal in the 72nd minute which led to 1-2. After some careless play in the Pirajiba defense, Raimundo Terra kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cido Meireles. The Pirajiba fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cido Meireles should have stopped the shot. In the 79th minute, Raimundo Terra made a precise shot to the right of Cido Meireles. Pirajiba's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-4. In the 86th minute of the match Los Andes FC - FSCMZ got a corner. Pirajiba's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Rômulo Vidal ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Los Andes FC - FSCMZ's Rômulo Vidal to fire away a dangerous shot which Cido Meireles despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Pirajiba's zone, Mário Bastos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cido Meireles came out of the goal and Mário Bastos tried to chip the ball over his head.
