The crowd rose to their feet as Bene Animatus's Marcus Aparecido slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Dorian Catarinense. That made the score 1-0 after 12 minutes of play. Cauan Bertassi came free with the goalkeeper in the 28th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Dorian Catarinense could save by the left post. Natã Abreu went to the cornerflag to take it. After 37 played minutes Bene Animatus got a freekick which was hit by Arnaldo Salgado. In the 38th minute of the match Luiz Fernando Ferraz shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Henrique Tavares showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 41st minute, Arthur de Mendonça hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Eusébio Tróia fell near the penalty area in the 44th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Microsoft Team's protests and gave Eusébio Tróia a yellow card for diving instead. After 44 played minutes Microsoft Team got a freekick which was hit by Eusébio Tróia. Eusébio Tróia got his second yellow card in the match during the 47th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Eusébio Tróia kicked well hit freekick during the 48th minute of the match. The supporters of Bene Animatus booed when Microsoft Team was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 49 match minutes in a wonderful position. Narciso Cardoso didn't get a good kick on the ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Marcus Aparecido stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Cauan Bertassi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Dorian Catarinense tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pedrinho Meirelles kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. Bene Animatus's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Alan de Souza succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-1 in the 64th playminute.
