Spectators: 150 (Terracing: 113, Seating: 34, VIP seats: 3) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Régis Loureiro got the match started through his kick off. 5 minutes into the match, Portuguesa's goal looked a bit too open when Anderson Mattos came free, but Juninho Eger reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fabiano Lima made a fantastic save in the 9th minute, when Régis Loureiro sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to AVAÍ F.C. getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Anderson Mattos hit a great ball. Portuguesa's Juninho Eger played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Albertinho Lucas in the 17th minute of play. In the 21st minute, Vitório Prado hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joaquim Ceresso in the 27th minute of play forced Portuguesa's goalkeeper Juninho Eger to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Juninho Eger showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joaquim Ceresso, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. After 39 minutes of play, AVAÍ F.C.'s Albertinho Lucas made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Juninho Eger was left in no man's land by his defense there!

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Anderson Mattos to strike the kick off in the second half. Juninho Eger was a little too slow when Albertinho Lucas got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 52nd minute. The score was now 0-4. When Joaquim Ceresso came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the AVAÍ F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Joaquim Ceresso couldn't finish the play. 59 minutes into the match, AVAÍ F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Régis Loureiro came free, but Fabiano Lima reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 63 minutes into the match, Portuguesa's goalkeeper Juninho Eger had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Anderson Mattos. Juninho Eger made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Albertinho Lucas in the 65th minute of play. After 66 played minutes Portuguesa got a freekick which was hit by Délio Moreno. Juninho Eger made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joaquim Ceresso in the 67th minute of play. Fabiano Lima made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Délio Moreno in the 71st minute of play. Anderson Mattos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Juninho Eger tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Portuguesa's Juninho Eger got control of the ball when Albertinho Lucas tried to sneak it across the goal line. Portuguesa's Juninho Eger proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to save Portuguesa from getting a goal against them. Portuguesa's Juninho Eger played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Joaquim Ceresso in the 87th minute of play. Juninho Eger made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Albertinho Lucas in the 88th minute of play. Anderson Mattos's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Juninho Eger firmly grabbed it by the left post. 93 minutes into the match, Albertinho Lucas dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Juninho Eger, 0-5. The Portuguesa supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching AVAÍ F.C.'s performance. The match ended with a win for AVAÍ F.C..
