The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Felippe Maranhense was out of position in the 25 minute of play, and Zé Pedro Camargo capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Zé Pedro Camargo really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. In the 28th match minute, ⚜️ Inter de Meião MzC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arthur Quintal to maneuver through the defense. In the 31st minute, one of ⚜️ Inter de Meião MzC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for ⚜️ Inter de Meião MzC. In the 32nd minute there was a penalty for Chute de Ouro FC. Edmílson Hermes stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Felippe Sergipano. 1-1. After 35 played minutes ⚜️ Inter de Meião MzC got a freekick which was hit by Walmir Rosa. An unexpectedly hard shot by Téo Alcântara in the 41st minute of play forced ⚜️ Inter de Meião MzC's goalkeeper Felippe Sergipano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Arthur Quintal to strike the kick off in the second half. Arthur Quintal blasted a shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Felippe Maranhense having to make a save. Walmir Rosa got a throw-in 59 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Patrick de Queiroz. In the 67th minute, ⚜️ Inter de Meião MzC's Marcinho Amorim seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Marcinho Amorim the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of ⚜️ Inter de Meião MzC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Marcinho Amorim had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 67th minute of the game. One of ⚜️ Inter de Meião MzC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Chute de Ouro FC:s goal. Washington de Carvalho took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 75th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Felippe Sergipano. ⚜️ Inter de Meião MzC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Franklin Furlan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Felippe Maranhense having to interfere. After 84 minutes, Franklin Furlan mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ⚜️ Inter de Meião MzC and the Chute de Ouro FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 84 played minutes ⚜️ Inter de Meião MzC got a freekick which was hit by Franklin Furlan. Chute de Ouro FC's attentive Mathias Lopez managed to snatch the ball when Walmir Rosa made a throw-in in the 86th minute of the game. Téo Alcântara struck a weak shot in the 90th minute. Felippe Sergipano didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chute de Ouro FC. After 92 played minutes Chute de Ouro FC got a freekick which was hit by Bernardinho Fonseca. Patrick de Queiroz took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 94th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Felippe Maranhense. Chute de Ouro FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Felippe Maranhense showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arthur Quintal, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. In the 97th minute, Raphael de Medeiros hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Chute de Ouro FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
