Spectators: 151 (Terracing: 114, Seating: 34, VIP seats: 3) Ian Cerezo started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After a defensive mix-up in SRP-Laguna's zone, Ian Cerezo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edu Schmidt came out of the goal and Ian Cerezo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. SRP-Laguna's Edu Schmidt proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 6th minute of the match, managed to save SRP-Laguna from getting a goal against them. In the 7th match minute, SRP-Laguna was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luís Gustavo Amorim to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to SE Palmeiras getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Michel Marques hit a great ball. After some careless play in the SRP-Laguna defense, Michel Marques kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Edu Schmidt. The SRP-Laguna fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Edu Schmidt should have stopped the shot. Oswaldo Godoi charged in rather forcefully in the 29th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Oswaldo Godoi the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, SE Palmeiras's Oswaldo Godoi got a free kick in the 29th minute. If Michel Marques had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 43 minutes into the game, Dito Donatello was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Nelsinho Mendes to make the kick off. After 54 minutes SE Palmeiras's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was João Francisco Almeida who took care of the corner kick. Edu Schmidt came out of the goal in the 57th minute to try and stop a shot by SE Palmeiras's Edson Chaves. But to his dismay, Edson Chaves quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. A collision led to SRP-Laguna getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Danilo Magalhães hit a great ball. In the 62nd minute Ian Cerezo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edu Schmidt saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sydney Moreno charged in rather forcefully in the 69th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Sydney Moreno the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 74 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when SE Palmeiras's Ian Cerezo fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. SRP-Laguna's attentive Luís Gustavo Amorim managed to snatch the ball when Natanael Paraense made a throw-in in the 81st minute of the game. After a rather tough play, SE Palmeiras's Joaquim Miranda got a free kick in the 82nd minute. SE Palmeiras's Sydney Moreno got his second yellow card of the match in the 85th minute.
