Spectators: 152 (Terracing: 114, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Otávio Arce got the match started through his kick off. Kléberson Corrêa kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. Dudu Mineiro hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. Luiz Fábio Amorim took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elias Vianna, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Xurupita FC's Luiz Fábio Amorim proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to save Xurupita FC from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elias Vianna in the 14th minute of play forced Xurupita FC's goalkeeper Luiz Fábio Amorim to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Adhemar Tavares kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. Luiz Fabiano Prata could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 17th minute of the match, but Luiz Fábio Amorim made a huge save. Zé Recife sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 20th minute the ball was on its way in behind Xurupita FC's goalkeeper Luiz Fábio Amorim, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 22 played minutes Xurupita FC got a freekick which was hit by Eliseu Linhares. The audience thought a goal was coming when Luiz Fabiano Prata got free with Luiz Fábio Amorim in the 23rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Xurupita FC's Luiz Fábio Amorim proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to save Xurupita FC from getting a goal against them. Dudu Mineiro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Betão de Amaral tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 39th minute, S.E. Cachoeirinha's Elias Vianna dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. When the match had gone on for 42 minutes, Elias Vianna took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Luiz Fábio Amorim to make any attempt to save it.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Luís Cardozo made a kick off. If Otávio Arce had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 59th minute Otávio Arce shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luiz Fábio Amorim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 61st minute Elias Vianna shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Luiz Fábio Amorim saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Dudu Mineiro got free with Betão de Amaral in the 69th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Luiz Fábio Amorim came out of the goal in the 74th minute to try and stop a shot by S.E. Cachoeirinha's Otávio Arce. But to his dismay, Otávio Arce quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. Luís Cardozo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Xurupita FC defense, Elias Vianna kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Luiz Fábio Amorim. The Xurupita FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Luiz Fábio Amorim should have stopped the shot. Luiz Fábio Amorim took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Otávio Arce, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 94 minutes into the match, Elias Vianna had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Luiz Fábio Amorim. Xurupita FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Elias Vianna was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-2. When the referee ended the match the S.E. Cachoeirinha players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
