After a rather tough play, IpiráCity FC ✠⚓♡'s Glauco Recife got a free kick in the 18th minute. 22 minutes into the game, Fernandinho Goiano cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Ronaldão Quirino was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 27th match minute, IpiráCity FC ✠⚓♡ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adalberto Branco to maneuver through the defense. Dário Simão blasted a shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ronaldão Quirino having to make a save. Adalberto Branco didn't get a good kick on the ball. 44 minutes into the match, Adrianinho de Salles notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of IpiráCity FC ✠⚓♡'s Ronaldão Quirino. Ronaldão Quirino was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. IpiráCity FC ✠⚓♡'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Glauco Recife was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to IpiráCity FC ✠⚓♡ getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Sandrinho Sanches hit a great ball. In the 85th minute Pedrinho Teixeira shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cacá Sousa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Tião Nóbrega during the 86th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Tião Nóbrega hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. Laranja Mecânica FSCMZ's Cacá Sousa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tarcisio Ramos in the 89th minute of play.
