Spectators: 158 (Terracing: 119, Seating: 36, VIP seats: 3) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Hélder Trigo kicked off to start the match. Hélder Trigo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 7th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mário Queiroz having to make a save. Ulisses Cordeiro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 10th minute of the match, but Mário Queiroz made a huge save. Anderson Valladares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Faustão de Mendonça, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. In the 26th minute, Vascogoianiense FC's Fernandão Matos ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Mário Queiroz. Mário Queiroz yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Mário Queiroz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hélder Trigo in the 31st minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ronaldão Carvalho during the 36th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Vascogoianiense FC's Ronaldão Carvalho got a free kick in the 37th minute. Júlio Barral missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 39 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Anderson Valladares right hand side. Anderson Valladares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Faustão de Mendonça in the 48th minute of the match.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Luiz Gustavo Torres to strike the kick off in the second half. The Ⲙσсσсɑ Βᴜꓲꓲร fans' excitement grew in the 52nd match minute when Ⲙσсσсɑ Βᴜꓲꓲร's Luiz Gustavo Torres looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 58 minutes into the match, Vascogoianiense FC's goalkeeper Anderson Valladares had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Luiz Gustavo Torres. After 64 minutes, Fernandão Matos mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Vascogoianiense FC and the Ⲙσсσсɑ Βᴜꓲꓲร players grew even worse after the yellow card. Faustão de Mendonça took the ball and in the 67 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Anderson Valladares. Anderson Valladares dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. Faustão de Mendonça charged in rather forcefully in the 73rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Faustão de Mendonça the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Faustão de Mendonça hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. In the 75th minute of the match José Carlos Medeiros sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Mário Queiroz skillfully saved the ball. Ian Loureiro hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. The supporters of Vascogoianiense FC booed when Ⲙσсσсɑ Βᴜꓲꓲร was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cauan Souza didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 87th minute, Perivaldo Brito hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. During the 90th minute of the match Faustão de Mendonça completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Faustão de Mendonça a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. In the 91st match minute, Ⲙσсσсɑ Βᴜꓲꓲร was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Faustão de Mendonça to maneuver through the defense. Ⲙσсσсɑ Βᴜꓲꓲร's Mário Queiroz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hélder Trigo in the 92nd minute of play. Thanks to some nice moves Luiz Gustavo Torres could shoot a difficult shot in the 94th minute, which Anderson Valladares however easily saved by the left post. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Ⲙσсσсɑ Βᴜꓲꓲร had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
