Severiano Amaya helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, De Boedo Vengo's Severiano Amaya got a free kick in the 19th minute. In the 37th minute Nicasio Bartoleme shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ubaldo Peli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, De Boedo Vengo's Atilano Tab got a free kick in the 41st minute. Gavino Chucho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Ubaldo Peli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Sergio Baristo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cayetano Esdras read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 56th minute of play. Ubaldo Peli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gabriel Isauro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Franco Muñoz fell near the penalty area in the 66th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Silver Play 2's protests and gave Franco Muñoz a yellow card for diving instead. After 66 played minutes Silver Play 2 got a freekick which was hit by Franco Muñoz. Ubaldo Peli made an important save on a dangerous shot by Victoriano Ibañez in the 69th minute. 71 minutes into the match, Victoriano Ibañez notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Silver Play 2's Ubaldo Peli. Ubaldo Peli was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Rene Reyes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Severiano Amaya kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. Cayetano Esdras made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amado Toro in the 81st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amado Toro in the 82nd minute of play forced De Boedo Vengo's goalkeeper Cayetano Esdras to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Franco Muñoz might have been able to make a better finish in the 83rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cayetano Esdras. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Franco Muñoz ran back to his position shaking his head. Silver Play 2's Ubaldo Peli played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicasio Bartoleme in the 90th minute of play. The Silver Play 2 supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching De Boedo Vengo's performance. The match ended with a win for De Boedo Vengo.
