Spectators: 145 (Terracing: 110, Seating: 33, VIP seats: 2) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Nemesio Frasquito started the match with the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Esteve Mazuste in the 7th minute of play forced Locura Académica's goalkeeper Gerardo Rufo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Locura Académica's Bartolo Baldovino got a free kick in the 8th minute. In the 9th minute, Esteve Mazuste reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Gerardo Rufo. The goal made the score 1-0. Rolando Ostargi's late challenge caught a Yofré AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rolando Ostargi helped the player get up and apologised. Rolando Ostargi kicked well hit freekick during the 14th minute of the match. After 17 minutes, Nemesio Frasquito mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Locura Académica and the Yofré AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Locura Académica getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Nemesio Frasquito hit a great ball. In the 19th minute Esteve Mazuste shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gerardo Rufo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leonel Monico could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Gerardo Rufo made a huge save. Nemesio Frasquito might have been able to make a better finish in the 26th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Aaron Mero. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Nemesio Frasquito ran back to his position shaking his head. 31 minutes into the game, Ceferino Gitano cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Gerardo Rufo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Gerardo Rufo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Esteve Mazuste, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 47 minutes into the match, Leonel Monico dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Gerardo Rufo, 3-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Esteve Mazuste made a kick off. 54 minutes into the match, Yofré AFC's Leonel Monico sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gerardo Rufo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Esteve Mazuste fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gerardo Rufo having to interfere. In the 61st minute, Esteve Mazuste ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gerardo Rufo was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. After 66 played minutes Yofré AFC got a freekick which was hit by Rosendo Bertol. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leonel Monico in the 68th minute of play forced Locura Académica's goalkeeper Gerardo Rufo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 73rd minute Rolando Ostargi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aaron Mero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 74th minute, Celedonio Mundo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Esteve Mazuste blasted a shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gerardo Rufo having to make a save. After some careless play in the Locura Académica defense, Leonel Monico kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gerardo Rufo. The Locura Académica fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gerardo Rufo should have stopped the shot. Bartolo Baldovino's late challenge caught a Yofré AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bartolo Baldovino helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Yofré AFC booed when Locura Académica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bartolo Baldovino didn't get a good kick on the ball. 91 minutes into the game, one of Locura Académica:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 93rd minute there was a penalty for Yofré AFC. Fabio Manex stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Gerardo Rufo. 6-0. Nemesio Frasquito hit a great freekick 98 minutes into the match. Gerardo Rufo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Leonel Monico went, in the 99th minute, to the upper right corner, 7-0 was the resulting score. There was no doubt that Yofré AFC were the better team. Yofré AFC's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
