After having played for 25 minutes, Clodoveo Roldan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Copetonas AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Clodoveo Roldan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With an all-out effort, Clason's Dario Opilano threw himself towards the right post 27 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Vinicio Anaya, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 31stth minute of the game Clodoveo Roldan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Clason's Florentino Selmo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Dario Opilano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vinicio Anaya in the 36th minute of play. 39 minutes into the game, Arturo Quirce was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Clason's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Copetonas AFC the free kick. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Clodoveo Roldan in the 42nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Florentino Selmo saved Clason from getting behind. Venancio Pero kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Florencio Abarca made the kick off in the second half. Dario Opilano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vinicio Anaya, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dario Opilano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vinicio Anaya in the 85th minute of the match. The Clason fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Clason fans cheered their team off the field, for while Copetonas AFC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
