CACYFA's Celedonio Saturnin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gerardo Jaunti in the 4th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gerardo Jaunti in the 13th minute of play forced CACYFA's goalkeeper Celedonio Saturnin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Celedonio Saturnin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gerardo Jaunti in the 20th minute of play. Rolando Zárate took the ball and in the 52 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Zeledon Gartzen. Zeledon Gartzen dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. Zeledon Gartzen stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rolando Zárate's shot from short distance in the 55th minute. Serafino Weather sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Deportivo Messina's Serafino Weather got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Valentin Eutor kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. 76 minutes into the match, Deportivo Messina's Serafino Weather sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Celedonio Saturnin narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Gerardo Jaunti received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Celedonio Saturnin came out and tried to block the shot, but Gerardo Jaunti slotted it home off the left post making it 4-2 in the 77th minute. In the 83rd minute Jaime Dominguez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zeledon Gartzen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Deportivo Messina getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Andres Henric hit a great ball. In the 86th minute of the match Ernesto Resto sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Zeledon Gartzen skillfully saved the ball. CACYFA made a substitution. The CACYFA fans cheered their team off the field, for while Deportivo Messina had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
