A collision led to Cura del Futbol getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Roman Petrigai hit a great ball. 4 minutes into the game, Constantino Peter was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cura del Futbol's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Black Dog F.C. the free kick. In the 5th match minute, Cura del Futbol was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jimeno Millano to maneuver through the defense. 6 minutes into the match, Cura del Futbol's goal looked a bit too open when Cayetano Jerico came free, but Gilberto Hernandez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Black Dog F.C.'s Cayetano Jerico in the 8th minute got a chance for a shot 8th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Cura del Futbol's goalie prevented a goal. Bernardo Acosta's late challenge caught a Black Dog F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bernardo Acosta helped the player get up and apologised. Cayetano Jerico recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Aaron Ferman could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 12th minute of the match, but Gilberto Hernandez made a huge save. Moises Dantae didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Cura del Futbol's Carlos Bartolome shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-1 in the ordered_time% minute. Gilberto Hernandez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cayetano Jerico, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. Gilberto Hernandez stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cayetano Jerico's shot from short distance in the 38th minute. Omar Niva fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gilberto Hernandez having to interfere. When Carolo Chus fell near the penalty area in the 45th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cura del Futbol's protests and gave Carolo Chus a yellow card for diving instead. After 45 played minutes Cura del Futbol got a freekick which was hit by Carolo Chus. When Ismael Iraido came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the Black Dog F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ismael Iraido couldn't finish the play. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Carlos Bartolome to strike the kick off in the second half. Gilberto Hernandez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Omar Niva, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gilberto Hernandez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cayetano Jerico in the 62nd minute of play. When Melquiades Silban fell near the penalty area in the 66th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Black Dog F.C.'s protests and gave Melquiades Silban a yellow card for diving instead. Melquiades Silban hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Carlos Bartolome's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Moises Dantae was relentless in the 72nd minute of the game. In the 75th minute the ball was on its way in behind Black Dog F.C.'s goalkeeper Moises Dantae, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cayetano Jerico in the 77th minute of play forced Cura del Futbol's goalkeeper Gilberto Hernandez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 84 minutes into the match, Cura del Futbol's goal looked a bit too open when Leonides Stanislao came free, but Gilberto Hernandez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
