Spectators: 152 (Terracing: 114, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) Fulgencio Pedroso took the ball and in the 3 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Anibal Fidencio. Anibal Fidencio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Epifanio Favila was a little too slow when Froilan Jax got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 6th minute. The score was now 1-1. In the 11th match minute, Salmuera CP was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leonardo Vedillo to maneuver through the defense. Salmuera CP's Anibal Fidencio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sixto Rodas in the 13th minute of play. If Jonatan Bortzaioriz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 26th minute, Lucio Primeiro made a precise shot to the right of Epifanio Favila. Congo Bongo's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Anibal Fidencio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fulgencio Pedroso in the 35th minute of play. Anibal Fidencio didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Congo Bongo's Jonatan Bortzaioriz shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 2-2 in the ordered_time% minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Sixto Rodas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Congo Bongo's supporters rose to their feet, but Sixto Rodas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Anibal Fidencio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Anibal Fidencio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fulgencio Pedroso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Congo Bongo booed when Salmuera CP was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Remigio Roldan didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 44 played minutes, Congo Bongo's Ramiro Blai shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Anibal Fidencio came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Congo Bongo reached it. The crowd rose to their feet as Froilan Jax kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Epifanio Favila. That made the score 3-3 in the 46 minute of play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Lucio Primeiro was the one to do the kick off. After 51 minutes of play, Congo Bongo's Fulgencio Pedroso made it 3-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Anibal Fidencio was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Fulgencio Pedroso fell near the penalty area in the 59th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Congo Bongo's protests and gave Fulgencio Pedroso a yellow card for diving instead. Fulgencio Pedroso kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. In the 63rd minute, Fulgencio Pedroso ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Anibal Fidencio was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-6. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jonatan Bortzaioriz got free with Anibal Fidencio in the 71st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Fulgencio Pedroso could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 73rd minute of the match, but Anibal Fidencio made a huge save. Fulgencio Pedroso took the ball and in the 74 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Anibal Fidencio. Anibal Fidencio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-7. Anibal Fidencio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonatan Bortzaioriz in the 78th minute of the match. The supporters of Congo Bongo booed when Salmuera CP was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jose Maidana didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Congo Bongo's Fernando Naike got a free kick in the 85th minute. After 87 played minutes Salmuera CP got a freekick which was hit by Guaberto Daunte. After 88 played minutes Congo Bongo got a freekick which was hit by Fulgencio Pedroso. When Remigio Roldan was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 91 minutes had been played. A collision led to Salmuera CP getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Remigio Roldan hit a great ball. Congo Bongo's Epifanio Favila played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Froilan Jax in the 94th minute of play. The Congo Bongo supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Congo Bongo would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
