Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Hugo Jon was the one to do the kick off. Mario Eneas kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Club Atletico Los Andes's zone, Isidoro Ignado stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Geronimo Tirso came out of the goal and Isidoro Ignado tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Geronimo Tirso made a fantastic save in the 62nd minute, when Isidoro Ignado sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of Terremoto Xeneize booed when Club Atletico Los Andes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mario Eneas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ruperto Silbestre made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-5. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lisandro Niva in the 84th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ruperto Silbestre prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Bernardino Eliazar could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Geronimo Tirso made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Modesto Celino in the 88th minute of play forced Terremoto Xeneize's goalkeeper Ruperto Silbestre to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pastor Perez hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. Teobaldo Hodei's late challenge caught a Terremoto Xeneize's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Teobaldo Hodei helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Terremoto Xeneize booed when Club Atletico Los Andes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Teobaldo Hodei didn't get a good kick on the ball. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Terremoto Xeneize walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
