The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Enrique Rito had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 4 played minutes Berni y Benja FC got a freekick which was hit by Cristian Bittor. An unexpectedly hard shot by Claudio Matthew in the 4th minute of play forced Berni y Benja FC's goalkeeper Agustin Baldovino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Agustin Baldovino didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Frontera AFC's Claudio Matthew shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-1 in the ordered_time% minute. Frontera AFC's Victorino Gaufred played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aaron Mel in the 13th minute of play. Agustin Baldovino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Claudio Matthew, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 17th minute of the match Matias Clementi shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Agustin Baldovino showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 19th minute Claudio Matthew shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Agustin Baldovino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Berni y Benja FC's Agustin Baldovino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Claudio Matthew in the 25th minute of play. In the 26th match minute, Frontera AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Conrado Oxarra to maneuver through the defense. Celedonio Erdiano's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 32ndth minute, Victorino Gaufred skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The audience was convinced that Claudio Matthew's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Agustin Baldovino was relentless in the 34th minute of the game. Celedonio Erdiano struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. Victorino Gaufred didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Berni y Benja FC. 38 minutes into the match, Aaron Mel dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Victorino Gaufred, 1-2. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

In the 51stth minute of the game Claudio Matthew who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Berni y Benja FC's Agustin Baldovino was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aaron Mel in the 62nd minute of play forced Frontera AFC's goalkeeper Victorino Gaufred to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Victorino Gaufred showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Simon Hats, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. After a rather tough play, Frontera AFC's Valentin Pagomari got a free kick in the 66th minute. Cristian Bittor took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 67th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Victorino Gaufred. Frontera AFC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. A hard shot 69 in the game by Claudio Matthew from a close distance when the talented Agustin Baldovino managed to make a qualified save. Berni y Benja FC's players were relieved. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cristobal Bermudez during the 71st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Berni y Benja FC's Agustin Baldovino tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Cristian Bittor took the ball and in the 87 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Victorino Gaufred. Victorino Gaufred dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-3. Victorino Gaufred came out of the goal in the 90th minute to try and stop a shot by Berni y Benja FC's Aaron Mel. But to his dismay, Aaron Mel quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-3. For all the effort they put into the match, the Frontera AFC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Berni y Benja FC.
