Spectators: 161 (Terracing: 121, Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Elias Argoitz started the match with the kick off. The supporters of Çóndør Fútbøl Clüb booed when Estudiantes de América was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Matias Ler didn't get a good kick on the ball. Reynaldo Napier's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hipolito Matro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 4th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Ezequiel Luke's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Florencio Berbiz was relentless in the 6th minute of the game. After some careless play in the Estudiantes de América defense, Reynaldo Napier kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hipolito Matro. The Estudiantes de América fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hipolito Matro should have stopped the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ezequiel Luke got free with Florencio Berbiz in the 13th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Elias Argoitz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 14th minute of the match, but Florencio Berbiz made a huge save. 18 minutes had been played when some careless play by Çóndør Fútbøl Clüb's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Filiberto Ourente was slow to take the kick. During this time Estudiantes de América's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Filiberto Ourente got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Florencio Berbiz quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. 25 minutes into the match, Lino Javiero had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hipolito Matro. Estudiantes de América's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lino Javiero was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. 31 minutes into the match, Reynaldo Napier notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of Estudiantes de América's Hipolito Matro. Hipolito Matro was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 35 minutes into the match, Estudiantes de América's goal looked a bit too open when Reynaldo Napier came free, but Hipolito Matro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arnulfo Giraldo in the 40th minute of play forced Estudiantes de América's goalkeeper Hipolito Matro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 45 minutes into the match, Ezequiel Luke had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Florencio Berbiz. Çóndør Fútbøl Clüb's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ezequiel Luke was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-3. The audience thought a goal was coming when Melchor Evarado got free with Florencio Berbiz in the 48th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Disappointed in the 2-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Reynaldo Napier was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute, Çóndør Fútbøl Clüb's Lino Javiero dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-4. Ignacio Donostia lost his temper 54 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After 54 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Estudiantes de América! In the 56th minute, Miguel Txema left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Çóndør Fútbøl Clüb fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-5. 63 minutes into the match, Çóndør Fútbøl Clüb's goal looked a bit too open when Ezequiel Luke came free, but Florencio Berbiz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Florencio Berbiz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ezequiel Luke, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hipolito Matro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lino Javiero in the 67th minute of the match. A collision led to Estudiantes de América getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Matias Ler hit a great ball. Elias Argoitz charged in rather forcefully in the 73rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Elias Argoitz the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 73rd minute, Elias Argoitz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Elias Argoitz hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. The supporters of Estudiantes de América booed when Çóndør Fútbøl Clüb was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Florencio Berbiz came out of the goal in the 84th minute to try and stop a shot by Estudiantes de América's Filiberto Ourente. But to his dismay, Filiberto Ourente quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-5. A collision led to Estudiantes de América getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Ricardo Caton hit a great ball. The supporters of Estudiantes de América booed when Çóndør Fútbøl Clüb was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 97 match minutes in a wonderful position. Conrado Frasco didn't get a good kick on the ball. Çóndør Fútbøl Clüb's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
