In the 14th minute, Luis Millano made a precise shot to the right of Filiberto Ponce. Characate FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Filiberto Ponce showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eleuterio Belarmo, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. With a little luck, lןןl Plebe Del Emperador's Gervasio Soter got control of the ball when Carlitos Tevez tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anacleto Ioritz in the 46th minute of play forced Characate FC's goalkeeper Filiberto Ponce to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-4.
