Spectators: 175 (Terracing: 132, Seating: 40, VIP seats: 3) Terremoto FC's Reynaldo Mikolas started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 4 minutes into the game, Hugo Mirande was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Terremoto FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cable a Tierra the free kick. In the 4th minute, Hugo Mirande hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Terremoto FC booed when Cable a Tierra was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aquilino Guerrero didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 15th minute Cable a Tierra were awarded a corner. Fernan Lugo went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Fernan Lugo got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Zeledon Ferran quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 17th minute, Eusebio Gorosti had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Raul Mendiko during the 18th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The referee gave Cable a Tierra a penalty, 20 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Fernan Lugo, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Terremoto FC's Zeledon Ferran. 0-1. In the 24th match minute, Terremoto FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ulises Guzman to maneuver through the defense. In the 25th minute, Angelo Erauso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Terremoto FC's Zeledon Ferran played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Baltasar Gaitan in the 28th minute of play. Melquiades Hurko struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. Apolo Quilo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Terremoto FC. Apolo Quilo made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Reynaldo Mikolas sent off a good shot on target. Fernan Lugo kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Hugo Mirande sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Victoriano Eztebe hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. Zeledon Ferran made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Angelo Erauso in the 46th minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Pablo Lizzio to make the kick off. Octavio Eli sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Melquiades Hurko took the ball and in the 61 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Apolo Quilo. Apolo Quilo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Terremoto FC's Celedonio Ignatius was substituted for Vicente Rius. Cable a Tierra made a substitution. Generoso Tavio replaced Filiberto Galindo. In the 70th minute, Ulises Guzman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Terremoto FC's Reynaldo Mikolas suffered a sore knee after 71 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Generoso Tavio's late challenge caught a Terremoto FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Generoso Tavio helped the player get up and apologised. Terremoto FC's Arnaldo Chayo was substituted for Reynaldo Mikolas. Apolo Quilo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hugo Mirande, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. Terremoto FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Hugo Mirande in the 77th minute. Matias Filipo was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. In the 80th minute Hugo Mirande shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Apolo Quilo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Apolo Quilo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hugo Mirande, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Raul Mendiko hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Terremoto FC's Raul Mendiko got a free kick in the 92nd minute.
