Flames FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ríver Late the free kick. After 7 played minutes Flames FC got a freekick which was hit by Bill Peterson. Ellsworth Erwin hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. Margarito Santana was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 11th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Veronica Espinosa. The audience was convinced that Xose Cantiello's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Margarito Santana was relentless in the 18th minute of the game. Ellsworth Erwin hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Margarito Santana stood somewhat misplaced when Xose Cantiello came free in front of goal and shot 1-0 to the left of him in the 22 minute. In the 25th minute Vitin Campon suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. After 25 minutes, Aimé Ham mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Flames FC and the Ríver Late players grew even worse after the yellow card. Aimé Ham kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. Jewell Matson hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. After having played for 35 minutes, Erlantz Penilla managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ríver Late's supporters crossed their fingers, but Erlantz Penilla was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 37 minutes into the match, Ríver Late's Frantxizko Olarte sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Margarito Santana narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 39 minutes into the match, Frantxizko Olarte dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Margarito Santana, 2-0. When the match had gone on for 42 minutes, Xose Cantiello put it in 3-0 from a short distance just to the right of Margarito Santana.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Aimé Ham made a kick off. The supporters of Ríver Late booed when Flames FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aimé Ham didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Erlantz Penilla in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Margarito Santana prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Aimé Ham fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ubaldo Matildo Armani having to interfere. Ríver Late made a substitution. Emenon Borrego replaced Veronica Espinosa. When Aimé Ham came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the Flames FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aimé Ham couldn't finish the play. Erlantz Penilla struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. Margarito Santana didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ríver Late. An unexpectedly hard shot by Frantxizko Olarte in the 72nd minute of play forced Flames FC's goalkeeper Margarito Santana to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Edorta Solares during the 74th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Ubaldo Matildo Armani was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Aimé Ham showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-1 in the 75 minute of play. 79 minutes into the match, Erlantz Penilla notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of Flames FC's Margarito Santana. Margarito Santana was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Ríver Late's Frantxizko Olarte in the 82nd minute got a chance for a shot 82nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Flames FC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 85th minute, Emenon Borrego hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 91 minutes of play Flames FC's Aimé Ham was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. The supporters of Ríver Late booed when Flames FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Philip Hood didn't get a good kick on the ball. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Ríver Late fully deserved thier win.
