Ricart Socarras made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tyson Helton in the 41st minute of play. In the 45th match minute, Recolta Alamor was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ken Hand to maneuver through the defense. After the first half FC Pepe Burrón were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Randall Jaramillo made the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, FC Pepe Burrón's goal looked a bit too open when Tyson Helton came free, but Ricart Socarras reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 70th minute of the match FC Pepe Burrón got a corner. Recolta Alamor's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Cordario Escamilla ran over to the corner to take the kick. Cordario Escamilla made a great header on FC Pepe Burrón's corner, it was just that Recolta Alamor's Wilson Arellano managed to reach the ball for a save. Wilson Arellano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jeraldo Orruma in the 90th minute of play. The Recolta Alamor supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching FC Pepe Burrón's performance. The match ended with a win for FC Pepe Burrón.
