When the match had gone on for 6 minutes, Matthew Vall put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Fernandez Villaelrriego. 13 minutes into the game, one of AFC United:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The supporters of Aʀɴᴏʀ Fᴄ booed when AFC United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Egun Galan didn't get a good kick on the ball. 20 minutes into the game, Aʀɴᴏʀ Fᴄ's Radamel-Falcao García nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Cisco Rubial made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Aʀɴᴏʀ Fᴄ's Fernandez Villaelrriego played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Egun Galan in the 26th minute of play. Erramun Cepa charged in rather forcefully in the 27th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Erramun Cepa the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 27th match minute, Aʀɴᴏʀ Fᴄ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Erramun Cepa to maneuver through the defense. 28 minutes into the game, Nardo Torrecilla cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Fernandez Villaelrriego was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. AFC United's Cisco Rubial played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Radamel-Falcao García in the 31st minute of play. If Radamel-Falcao García had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fernandez Villaelrriego made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nardo Torrecilla in the 35th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vimaro Serans in the 37th minute of play forced AFC United's goalkeeper Cisco Rubial to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. João Cancelo kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. Alberto Alda, 48 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

52 minutes into the match, AFC United's goal looked a bit too open when Radamel-Falcao García came free, but Cisco Rubial reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. João Cancelo kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, AFC United's Alberto Alda tried to score from far away in the 54th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Egun Galan got free with Fernandez Villaelrriego in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 58 minutes of play, Aʀɴᴏʀ Fᴄ's Otsoko Zarza made it 2-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cisco Rubial was left in no man's land by his defense there! Cisco Rubial showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Radamel-Falcao García in the 60th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Radamel-Falcao García's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cisco Rubial was relentless in the 65th minute of the game. In the 69th match minute, Aʀɴᴏʀ Fᴄ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kemen Garantos to maneuver through the defense. AFC United's Hondo Beneit managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Kimetz Gauna in the 71 minute of the game. AFC United's Cisco Rubial played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vimaro Serans in the 73rd minute of play. When Aʀɴᴏʀ Fᴄ's Radamel-Falcao García in the 73rd minute got a chance for a shot 73rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye AFC United's goalie prevented a goal. Cisco Rubial made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Otsoko Zarza in the 76th minute of play. After 83 played minutes AFC United got a freekick which was hit by Baltasar Zunzunegui. Erramun Cepa took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 84th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Cisco Rubial. AFC United's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Hondo Beneit hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, AFC United's Egun Galan got a free kick in the 88th minute. 89 minutes into the match, Aʀɴᴏʀ Fᴄ's Radamel-Falcao García sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cisco Rubial narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 91st minute Eustaquio Castorena shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cisco Rubial saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Archibaldo Ahumada charged in rather forcefully in the 91st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Archibaldo Ahumada the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Archibaldo Ahumada hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. Cisco Rubial made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eustaquio Castorena in the 95th minute of play. The AFC United players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Aʀɴᴏʀ Fᴄ from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
