The audience thought a goal was coming when Valer Zbuchea got free with Bilge Akbaşak in the 17th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Bilge Akbaşak made an important save on a dangerous shot by Epifanio Galtero in the 18th minute. Epifanio Galtero received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Bilge Akbaşak came out and tried to block the shot, but Epifanio Galtero slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 19th minute. Ronaldinho Rezende showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fatih Özberk, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Douglas Cabral got a fine position in front of goal ttaking advantage of the opportunity to rumble in 4-0 in the right cross in the 39th match minute before Bilge Akbaşak had time to react. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Fatih Özberk to strike the kick off in the second half. The long shot by Orçun Ülkü in the 53rd minute really tested Ronaldinho Rezende's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Bilge Akbaşak took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fernandão Azevedo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bilal Bozoğlu charged in rather forcefully in the 62nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bilal Bozoğlu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. When Fernandão Azevedo came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Ajax AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fernandão Azevedo couldn't finish the play.
