Seating: 32, VIP seats: 2) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Rosendo Sol started the match with the kick off. Teofilo Fidele could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 2nd minute of the match, but Romulo Jon made a huge save. The crowd rose to their feet as Teofilo Fidele kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Romulo Jon. That made the score 1-0 in the 4 minute of play. The supporters of Buenos Aires City booed when EL PEPO FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ramon Gabrio didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Buenos Aires City getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. André Marquez hit a great ball. Buenos Aires City's Orlando Francesco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elvio Rainerio in the 17th minute of play. Rosendo Sol received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Romulo Jon came out and tried to block the shot, but Rosendo Sol slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 19th minute. 28 minutes into the game, Baltasar Silviano was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Buenos Aires City's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave EL PEPO FC the free kick. 33 minutes into the match, EL PEPO FC's goal looked a bit too open when Maximo Colas came free, but Romulo Jon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pascual Rey hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. Romulo Jon made an important save on a dangerous shot by Baltasar Silviano in the 39th minute. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Elvio Rainerio to make the kick off. Buenos Aires City's Orlando Francesco proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 53rd minute of the match, managed to save Buenos Aires City from getting a goal against them. Orlando Francesco made an important save on a dangerous shot by Anibal Beltxe in the 56th minute. Orlando Francesco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Elvio Rainerio, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Elvio Rainerio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 62nd minute of the match, but Orlando Francesco made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teofilo Fidele in the 87th minute of play forced EL PEPO FC's goalkeeper Romulo Jon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Baltasar Silviano was shown his second yellow card after 88 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 90th match minute, EL PEPO FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Freddy Camerino to maneuver through the defense. Teofilo Fidele's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Romulo Jon read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 93rd minute of play. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Buenos Aires City fans cheered their team off the field, for while EL PEPO FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
