Palestine's Jaroslaw Bako proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 8th minute of the match, managed to save Palestine from getting a goal against them. After having played for 8 minutes, İdris Cilasun managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ☆GERMEÇSPOR☆'s supporters crossed their fingers, but İdris Cilasun was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Tibet Ekincioğlu was shown his second yellow card after 11 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. After 56 played minutes ☆GERMEÇSPOR☆ got a freekick which was hit by Sadettin Tanyıldız. 57 minutes into the match, ☆GERMEÇSPOR☆'s goal looked a bit too open when Mustafa Namık Tükelalp came free, but Herbert Valler reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sebati Arıtan in the 64th minute of play forced Palestine's goalkeeper Jaroslaw Bako to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Herbert Valler showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 94 minutes into the match, Sermet Tacal notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Palestine's Jaroslaw Bako. Jaroslaw Bako was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The ☆GERMEÇSPOR☆ fans cheered their team off the field, for while Palestine had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
