After 14 played minutes Niğdespor got a freekick which was hit by Elivélton Lucas. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joachim Österlund in the 19th minute of play forced Niğdespor's goalkeeper Kasım Okanalp to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 22 minutes into the match, Niğdespor's Olgun Arabacı sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Doğukan Artan narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Laerte Marquez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Doğukan Artan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 29 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Ezber Bozan FK! Doğukan Artan had in the 32ndth minute some difficulties stopping Herbert Pazura's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. After 32 minutes of play, Niğdespor's Herbert Pazura made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Doğukan Artan was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 36th minute, Hikmet Andaç hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Ezber Bozan FK booed when Niğdespor was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Elivélton Lucas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Doğukan Artan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Laerte Marquez in the 40th minute of play. Niğdespor's Laerte Marquez got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Kasım Okanalp made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joachim Österlund in the 47th minute of play.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Olgun Arabacı stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Olgun Arabacı hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. 52 minutes into the match, Joachim Österlund notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Niğdespor's Kasım Okanalp. After a defensive mix-up in Niğdespor's zone, İstemihan Akcebe stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kasım Okanalp came out of the goal and İstemihan Akcebe tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by İstemihan Akcebe in the 66th minute of play forced Niğdespor's goalkeeper Kasım Okanalp to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Laerte Marquez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With a little luck, Ezber Bozan FK's Doğukan Artan got control of the ball when Laerte Marquez tried to sneak it across the goal line. Laerte Marquez might have been able to make a better finish in the 70th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Doğukan Artan. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Laerte Marquez ran back to his position shaking his head. Thanks to some nice moves Laerte Marquez could shoot a difficult shot in the 70th minute, which Doğukan Artan however easily saved by the left post. Kasım Okanalp made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Baturay İlter in the 75th minute of play. In the 85th minute Laerte Marquez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Doğukan Artan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Ezber Bozan FK's Doğukan Artan got control of the ball when Laerte Marquez tried to sneak it across the goal line. Doğukan Artan made a fantastic save in the 88th minute, when Laerte Marquez sent off a good shot on target. 96 minutes into the game, Azmi Has was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ezber Bozan FK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Niğdespor the free kick. The long shot by Herbert Pazura in the 97th minute really tested Doğukan Artan's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
