With a little luck, Haşhaşşehir's Celsinho Linhares got control of the ball when Kai Havertz tried to sneak it across the goal line. Celsinho Linhares made an important save on a dangerous shot by Kai Havertz in the 11th minute. Bozkurt's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Philippe Albert in the 12th minute. Iason Kazantzidis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emin Hazer in the 15th minute of play. Bozkurt's Philippe Albert got a good chance for a goal in the 18th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Kai Havertz could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Celsinho Linhares made a huge save. Iason Kazantzidis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ahmet Necdet Hicabi, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. With his leg Celsinho Linhares managed to avoid a goal in the 28thth minute, when Bozkurt's Kai Havertz fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 29th match minute, Bozkurt was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Poyraz Çavuş to maneuver through the defense. In the 30th minute of the match Ercüment Yıldız sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Iason Kazantzidis skillfully saved the ball. 33 minutes into the match, Bozkurt's Kai Havertz sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Celsinho Linhares narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Haşhaşşehir's zone, Kai Havertz stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Celsinho Linhares came out of the goal and Kai Havertz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 45th minute, Kai Havertz reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Celsinho Linhares. The goal made the score 3-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Kai Havertz to strike the kick off in the second half. The audience was convinced that Kai Havertz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Celsinho Linhares was relentless in the 51st minute of the game. Marcell Jacobs sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Görkem Özkent hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mustafa Hakan Sufi in the 71st minute of play forced Haşhaşşehir's goalkeeper Celsinho Linhares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mustafa Hakan Sufi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Celsinho Linhares tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 75th minute Mustafa Hakan Sufi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Celsinho Linhares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee felt a red card was in order, 76 minutes into the game, when Orhun Eryaman put in a rough tackle. 75 minutes into the game, one of Bozkurt:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Iason Kazantzidis went to the wrong direction when Ercüment Yıldız was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. Celsinho Linhares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mustafa Hakan Sufi in the 80th minute of the match. Celsinho Linhares stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mustafa Hakan Sufi's shot from short distance in the 81st minute. Haşhaşşehir's Celsinho Linhares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mustafa Hakan Sufi in the 82nd minute of play. If Emin Hazer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Emin Hazer kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Poyraz Çavuş in the 87th minute of play forced Haşhaşşehir's goalkeeper Celsinho Linhares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 88th minute, Marcell Jacobs ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Celsinho Linhares was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. Bozkurt's Mustafa Hakan Sufi got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 92 minutes into the match, Haşhaşşehir's goal looked a bit too open when Mustafa Hakan Sufi came free, but Celsinho Linhares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Mustafa Hakan Sufi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 96th minute Marcell Jacobs shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Celsinho Linhares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bozkurt walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
