Aytekin Hicab came out of the goal and Boğaçhan Toydemir tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience was convinced that Lech Kilarski's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Aytekin Hicab was relentless in the 44th minute of the game. Lech Kilarski took the ball and in the 46 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Aytekin Hicab. Aytekin Hicab dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tibor Berkes was the one to do the kick off. Aytekin Hicab showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lech Kilarski in the 54th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vahdet Canbolat in the 55th minute of play forced BOMBACI MÜLAYİM's goalkeeper Efekan Atlıoğlu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Göpsen FC's Aytekin Hicab proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save Göpsen FC from getting a goal against them. In the 66th match minute, BOMBACI MÜLAYİM was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Levent Hiçsönmez to maneuver through the defense. Efekan Atlıoğlu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vahdet Canbolat, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Lech Kilarski managed to get in a good position for a shot. BOMBACI MÜLAYİM's supporters rose to their feet, but Lech Kilarski was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Aytekin Hicab breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Göpsen FC getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Abdi Ökkeş hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lech Kilarski in the 93rd minute of play forced Göpsen FC's goalkeeper Aytekin Hicab to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Vahdet Canbolat fell near the penalty area in the 94th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Göpsen FC's protests and gave Vahdet Canbolat a yellow card for diving instead. Vahdet Canbolat hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. In the 95th minute Lech Kilarski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aytekin Hicab saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 96 minutes had been played when some careless play by Göpsen FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Boğaçhan Toydemir was slow to take the kick. During this time BOMBACI MÜLAYİM's players had a chance to rest. Boğaçhan Toydemir made a great header on BOMBACI MÜLAYİM's corner, it was just that Göpsen FC's Aytekin Hicab managed to reach the ball for a save.
