Jurand Marczyniec made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Raik Ağın in the 4th minute of play. 7 minutes into the match, MERT FC's goal looked a bit too open when Kerimhan Tüzeman came free, but Dursun Ekinci reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. EsTeRGoN's Jurand Marczyniec played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Raik Ağın in the 8th minute of play. A collision led to EsTeRGoN getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Boran İsrafil hit a great ball. Jurand Marczyniec made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniel Stålberg in the 9th minute of play. In the 11th minute Naci Kaynak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jurand Marczyniec saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dursun Ekinci made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ercüment Yay in the 13th minute of play. After 14 played minutes EsTeRGoN got a freekick which was hit by Boran İsrafil. Jurand Marczyniec took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Stålberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ercüment Yay's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Dursun Ekinci firmly grabbed it by the left post. 18 minutes into the match, EsTeRGoN's goal looked a bit too open when Naci Kaynak came free, but Jurand Marczyniec reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Daniel Stålberg in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jurand Marczyniec saved EsTeRGoN from getting behind. In the 19th minute, Boran İsrafil hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Stålberg in the 20th minute of play forced EsTeRGoN's goalkeeper Jurand Marczyniec to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 22 minutes into the game, EsTeRGoN's Korhan Mahsun nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Dursun Ekinci made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Jurand Marczyniec showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Stålberg in the 26th minute of the match. In the 27th minute Naci Kaynak shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jurand Marczyniec saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 30th match minute, EsTeRGoN was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gökçen Akçal to maneuver through the defense. Dursun Ekinci showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kerimhan Tüzeman in the 33rd minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Naci Kaynak's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jurand Marczyniec was relentless in the 34th minute of the game. Jurand Marczyniec took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Stålberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aurelian Caciulescu in the 39th minute of play forced EsTeRGoN's goalkeeper Jurand Marczyniec to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jurand Marczyniec showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Stålberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. In the 47thth minute of the game Naci Kaynak who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but EsTeRGoN's Jurand Marczyniec was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ercüment Yay to make the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Aurelian Caciulescu in the 60th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jurand Marczyniec prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Raik Ağın could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 68th minute of the match, but Jurand Marczyniec made a huge save. In the 74th match minute, MERT FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sakut Şanlı to maneuver through the defense. EsTeRGoN's Korhan Mahsun got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Dursun Ekinci made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ercüment Yay in the 81st minute of play. 91 minutes into the game, Gérard Piquet was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. EsTeRGoN's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave MERT FC the free kick. The supporters of MERT FC booed when EsTeRGoN was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gérard Piquet didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jurand Marczyniec made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Naci Kaynak in the 92nd minute of play. EsTeRGoN's Jurand Marczyniec proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 94th minute of the match, managed to save EsTeRGoN from getting a goal against them. For all the effort they put into the match, the MERT FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for EsTeRGoN.
