Hayrullah Uğursay fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Metehan Öktem having to interfere. Pál Papp scored 1-1 in the 21st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Afşar Rıfat, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Enginalp Muhsin got free with Metehan Öktem in the 27th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The audience was convinced that Hayrullah Uğursay's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Metehan Öktem was relentless in the 29th minute of the game. If Jose Indar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The coaching staff of akdağmadeni protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Delmar Peio had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. 38 minutes into the game, one of akdağmadeni:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. akdağmadeni:s Metehan Öktem showed great skill when he stopped Muhammet Nuh:s penalty. Jose Indar blasted a shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Metehan Öktem having to make a save. Enginalp Muhsin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 48th minute of the match, but Metehan Öktem made a huge save.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Hayrullah Uğursay stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Anayochukwu Amokachi's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Afşar Rıfat firmly grabbed it by the left post. Metehan Öktem took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Enginalp Muhsin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Black Stockings FC booed when akdağmadeni was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cevat Çağaçar didn't get a good kick on the ball.
