The supporters of Gustavsberg booed when Harads was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ludwig Alrot didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tage Gustafsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Angel Guillelmo having to interfere. With an all-out effort, Harads's Camilo Castulo threw himself towards the right post 11 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Bertil Bergman, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Håkan Sundberg struck a weak shot in the 12th minute. Angel Guillelmo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gustavsberg. A hard shot 16 in the game by Ivar Stenberg from a close distance when the talented Camilo Castulo managed to make a qualified save. Gustavsberg's players were relieved. Bengt-Åke Ahlin's late challenge caught a Harads's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bengt-Åke Ahlin helped the player get up and apologised. In the 29th minute, Bengt-Åke Ahlin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Gustavsberg's Camilo Castulo got control of the ball when Ivar Stenberg tried to sneak it across the goal line. Camilo Castulo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bertil Bergman in the 42nd minute of the match. Harads's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Ivar Stenberg in the 44th minute. Bengt-Åke Ahlin tried in the game's 44th match minute to clear up in front of his own goal but it went so bad that he put the ball into the goal to the left of an unhappy Camilo Castulo. An annoying self made goal, 2-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Erling Abrahamsson stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Camilo Castulo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ivar Stenberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. Bertil Bergman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Camilo Castulo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Angel Guillelmo stood somewhat misplaced when Erling Abrahamsson came free in front of goal and shot 2-1 to the left of him in the 60 minute. 64 minutes into the game, Gustavsberg's Erling Abrahamsson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Angel Guillelmo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. Erling Abrahamsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Angel Guillelmo having to interfere. In the last second Angel Guillelmo throw himself and got hold of the ball when Erling Abrahamsson in the 70thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. After having played for 73 minutes, Håkan Sundberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gustavsberg's supporters crossed their fingers, but Håkan Sundberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. David Axelsson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 78 played minutes Gustavsberg got a freekick which was hit by Petter Sandström. An unexpectedly hard shot by David Axelsson in the 82nd minute of play forced Gustavsberg's goalkeeper Camilo Castulo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Gustavsberg defense, David Axelsson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Camilo Castulo. The Gustavsberg fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Camilo Castulo should have stopped the shot.
