The audience thought a goal was coming when Slaveyko Neev got free with Abelardo Maranhense in the 4th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 5th minute, Dieter Breves hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gui Almeida made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valdo Dantas in the 6th minute of play. In the 8th minute, Călin Senin left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Chinho FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Gui Almeida took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Donato Oliveira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Chinho FC's Gui Almeida played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valdo Dantas in the 20th minute of play. After 23 played minutes Olivedos got a freekick which was hit by Rubinho Chaves. The audience thought a goal was coming when Slaveyko Neev got free with Abelardo Maranhense in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 24 minutes into the game, Slaveyko Neev recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Abelardo Maranhense. Slaveyko Neev showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Gui Almeida made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valdo Dantas in the 28th minute of play. The supporters of Chinho FC booed when Olivedos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tony Schmidt didn't get a good kick on the ball. With 32 minutes on the clock, Agostinho Cosme commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. Olivedos's Luís Novaes was substituted for Donato Oliveira. 31 minutes into the game, one of Olivedos:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. 47 minutes into the match, Slaveyko Neev had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Abelardo Maranhense. Olivedos's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Slaveyko Neev was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Valdo Dantas to strike the kick off in the second half. The corner ended in Luisinho Ceresso almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Chinho FC's Gui Almeida did a great save. Gui Almeida showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valdo Dantas, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. Olivedos's Abelardo Maranhense played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dieter Breves in the 60th minute of play. 60 minutes into the match, Chinho FC's Dieter Breves sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Abelardo Maranhense narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Abelardo Maranhense didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Slaveyko Neev went, in the 62nd minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. Dieter Breves kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cássio Ferraz in the 68th minute of play forced Chinho FC's goalkeeper Gui Almeida to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Olivedos's Abelardo Maranhense played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Slaveyko Neev in the 69th minute of play. In the 71st minute, Călin Senin left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Chinho FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. Chinho FC's Lambis Goya was substituted for Dinei Mendonça. Chinho FC's Tibor Nyilasi was substituted for Aleksandr Krieser. In the 78th minute, Valdo Dantas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience was convinced that Călin Senin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Abelardo Maranhense was relentless in the 81st minute of the game. 83 minutes into the match, Olivedos's goal looked a bit too open when Călin Senin came free, but Abelardo Maranhense reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gui Almeida made a fantastic save in the 86th minute, when Cássio Ferraz sent off a good shot on target. Abelardo Maranhense didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chinho FC. Olivedos's Abelardo Maranhense played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edvaldo Cordeiro in the 97th minute of play. After 97 minutes, Cássio Ferraz mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Olivedos and the Chinho FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 98 played minutes Olivedos got a freekick which was hit by Cássio Ferraz. The Chinho FC support was delighted with a win in a match that could easily have ended differently.
