ATHLETICO PRaiano's Rodriguinho Sousa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cássio Ferraz in the 15th minute of play. Rodriguinho Sousa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Valdo Dantas in the 17th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 25th minute, Deilmison van Basten managed to get in a good position for a shot. ATHLETICO PRaiano's supporters rose to their feet, but Deilmison van Basten was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Abelardo Maranhense breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, ATHLETICO PRaiano's Feng Ting Chong got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Olivedos's Abelardo Maranhense played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Deilmison van Basten in the 36th minute of play. Valdo Dantas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Rodriguinho Sousa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 39th minute Feng Ting Chong shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abelardo Maranhense saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Deilmison van Basten to strike the kick off in the second half. ATHLETICO PRaiano's Rodriguinho Sousa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 51st minute of the match, managed to save ATHLETICO PRaiano from getting a goal against them. 52 minutes into the match, Olivedos's goal looked a bit too open when Feng Ting Chong came free, but Abelardo Maranhense reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
