Ulpiano Villarreal hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. Agha Arslan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wiliam Peren in the 13th minute of play. Ramon Peralta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Inzamam Khan in the 16th minute of play. 16 minutes into the match, Inzamam Khan had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ramon Peralta. Panama's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Inzamam Khan was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 20th minute Inzamam Khan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ramon Peralta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pakistan's Agha Arslan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wiliam Peren in the 25th minute of play. Through an outstanding action, after 29 minutes, Agha Arslan successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Agha Arslan made an important save on a dangerous shot by Wiliam Peren in the 32nd minute. With a little luck, Pakistan's Agha Arslan got control of the ball when Wiliam Peren tried to sneak it across the goal line. Agha Arslan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pedro Villalaz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Agha Arslan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 84th minute, Inzamam Khan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Pakistan fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-2. Rahman Rashid kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match.
