The supporters of Deportivo Pomelo Nenene booed when Internet XAire was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nestor Garaile didn't get a good kick on the ball. Gabriel Victoro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Feliks Osowski read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 20th minute of play. With a little luck, Deportivo Pomelo Nenene's Eugenio Nesto got control of the ball when Victorio Perico tried to sneak it across the goal line. Nestor Garaile's late challenge caught a Deportivo Pomelo Nenene's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. In the 43rd minute Arturo Lopez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Feliks Osowski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eugenio Nesto made a fantastic save in the 45th minute, when Adam Bareiro sent off a good shot on target. In the 47th minute Internet XAire were awarded a corner. Danilo Ceandro went to the cornerflag to take it. Danilo Ceandro made a great header on Internet XAire's corner, it was just that Deportivo Pomelo Nenene's Eugenio Nesto managed to reach the ball for a save.

Deportivo Pomelo Nenene's Ahmet Paşa was substituted for Gabriel Victoro. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Feliks Osowski made a fantastic save in the 81st minute, when Ahmet Paşa sent off a good shot on target. The crowd rose to their feet as Deportivo Pomelo Nenene's Ahmet Paşa slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Feliks Osowski. That made the score 1-5 after 81 minutes of play. With an all-out effort, Deportivo Pomelo Nenene's Feliks Osowski threw himself towards the right post 87 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ciro Tello, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 92 minutes into the game, Internet XAire's Adam Bareiro nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Eugenio Nesto made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-5. Deportivo Pomelo Nenene's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
