Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Pepe Chadwick kicked off to start the match. After a rather tough play, U21 Dominican Republic's Duaner Jaramillo got a free kick in the 5th minute. Andrés Alcott could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 7th minute of the match, but Adolfo Adrio made a huge save. In the 10th minute, Robustiano Lico hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 12 minutes into the game, Joaquim Tasso cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Ivan Arrese was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Robustiano Lico in the 15th minute of play forced U21 Dominican Republic's goalkeeper Ivan Arrese to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 16 minutes had been played when some careless play by U21 Dominican Republic's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Luisito Leizarraga was slow to take the kick. During this time 0 descensos's players had a chance to rest. 0 descensos's Luisito Leizarraga was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Ivan Arrese in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. With 18 minutes on the clock, Duaner Jaramillo commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 17th minute of the game. One of U21 Dominican Republic:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of 0 descensos:s goal. The referee gave 0 descensos a penalty, 20 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Luisito Leizarraga, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of U21 Dominican Republic's Ivan Arrese. 0-3. U21 Dominican Republic's Ivan Arrese played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mauricio Oriche in the 25th minute of play. Ivan Arrese showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joaquim Tasso, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eusebio Cordeiro in the 31st minute of play forced U21 Dominican Republic's goalkeeper Ivan Arrese to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, 0 descensos's Adolfo Adrio got control of the ball when Andrés Alcott tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 35th minute Robustiano Lico shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ivan Arrese saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ivan Arrese showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rony Schmidt, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Ivan Arrese made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joaquim Tasso in the 38th minute of play. 40 minutes into the match, U21 Dominican Republic's goal looked a bit too open when Joaquim Tasso came free, but Ivan Arrese reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 41 minutes of play, 0 descensos's Rony Schmidt made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ivan Arrese was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 44th minute, Joaquim Tasso left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The 0 descensos fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5.

In the 51st play minute Mauricio Oriche came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Ivan Arrese. 0-6. Ivan Arrese made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rony Schmidt in the 57th minute. In the 62nd minute, Melquiades Galtero ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ivan Arrese was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-7. Joaquim Tasso was extremely unlucky when he, in the 64th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. In the 65th minute, Mauricio Oriche ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ivan Arrese was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-8. 0 descensos made a substitution. Bernabe Rojas replaced Joaquim Tasso. 0 descensos's Gabriel Azeari was substituted for Mauricio Oriche. 0 descensos's Melquiades Galtero got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 71st minute, Lesli Sepúlveda hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rony Schmidt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 77thth minute of the game Bernabe Rojas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but U21 Dominican Republic's Ivan Arrese was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bernabe Rojas in the 78th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ivan Arrese prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ivan Arrese came out of the goal in the 78th minute to try and stop a shot by 0 descensos's Bernabe Rojas. But to his dismay, Bernabe Rojas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-9. In the 81st minute of the match, Rony Schmidt tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Ivan Arrese saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 85th minute, José Maria Buljubasich hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luisito Leizarraga missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 87 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Ivan Arrese right hand side. When Pepe Chadwick came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the U21 Dominican Republic fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pepe Chadwick couldn't finish the play. When the final whistle sounded 0 descensos left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than U21 Dominican Republic.
