The supporters of Seguí booed when Los Bananas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Erasmo Oso didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 18th match minute, Seguí was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ricardo Otsoa to maneuver through the defense. 24 minutes into the match, Los Bananas's goal looked a bit too open when Teodosio Txartiko came free, but Gilberto Suero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
