The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dario Paz showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. A collision led to Poshos getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Saul Bernal hit a great ball. 14 minutes into the match, Poshos's goal looked a bit too open when Ramon Solustiano came free, but Dario Paz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Aguilas FC booed when Poshos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Saul Bernal didn't get a good kick on the ball. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Carlos Joey made an important save on a dangerous shot by Delmar Guifre in the 33rd minute. In the 34th minute, Braulio Liberto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Poshos's Delmar Guifre got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ramon Solustiano in the 39th minute of play forced Poshos's goalkeeper Dario Paz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Poshos were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Aguilas FC for a fine match.
