An unexpectedly hard shot by Enrique Eladio in the 4th minute of play forced Saldungaray AFC's goalkeeper Modesto Inocente to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 7 minutes into the game, Naranjo's Enrique Eladio nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Modesto Inocente made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. If Danilo Aritza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Modesto Inocente made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Enrique Eladio in the 19th minute of play. After some careless play in the Saldungaray AFC defense, Danilo Aritza kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Modesto Inocente. The Saldungaray AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Modesto Inocente should have stopped the shot. 28 minutes into the match, Saldungaray AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Enrique Eladio came free, but Modesto Inocente reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Danilo Aritza's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Modesto Inocente was relentless in the 29th minute of the game. In the 31st minute, Enrique Eladio left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Naranjo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5. Modesto Inocente showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Danilo Aritza in the 35th minute of the match. 36 minutes into the match, Naranjo's goal looked a bit too open when Guillermo Selmo came free, but Aurelio Feliz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Enrique Eladio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Modesto Inocente having to interfere. After 45 minutes of play, Naranjo's Enrique Eladio made it 0-6 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Modesto Inocente was left in no man's land by his defense there! Disappointed in the 0-6 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Danilo Aritza made the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the game, Danilo Aritza recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Modesto Inocente. Danilo Aritza showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-7. Eloy Reyes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. With an all-out effort, Naranjo's Modesto Inocente threw himself towards the right post 57 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Danilo Aritza, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Modesto Inocente showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Danilo Aritza, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. Virgilio Eudoxio kicked well hit freekick during the 60th minute of the match. Naranjo's Danilo Aritza got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as Naranjo's Danilo Aritza slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Modesto Inocente. That made the score 0-8 after 65 minutes of play. Modesto Inocente showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Danilo Aritza, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. 77 minutes into the match, Saldungaray AFC's goalkeeper Modesto Inocente had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Enrique Eladio. With a little luck, Saldungaray AFC's Modesto Inocente got control of the ball when Tomas Elivareo tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Danilo Aritza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 84 minutes of play, Naranjo's Enrique Eladio made it 0-9 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Modesto Inocente was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 88th minute Danilo Aritza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Modesto Inocente saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 90th minute, Naranjo's Danilo Aritza ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Modesto Inocente. Modesto Inocente yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-10. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Eloy Reyes in the 93rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Aurelio Feliz saved Naranjo from getting behind. Naranjo played a much better game than Saldungaray AFC and deserved their victory. The Saldungaray AFC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
