Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Guillermo Selmo took the kick off in the first half of the match. Natalio Terciero scored 0-1 in the 3rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Modesto Inocente, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 14th minute, Jose Bastian hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 17 minutes into the game, Natalio Terciero was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Atletico Aztlan's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Saldungaray AFC the free kick. 32 minutes into the game, one of Atletico Aztlan:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 35th minute Guillermo Selmo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Severino Federigo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 41 minutes into the match, Agustin Cordarin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Modesto Inocente. Saldungaray AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Agustin Cordarin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Modesto Inocente showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Natalio Terciero in the 46th minute of the match. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Severino Federigo came out of the goal in the 51st minute to try and stop a shot by Saldungaray AFC's Guillermo Selmo. But to his dismay, Guillermo Selmo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. After having played for 55 minutes, Natalio Terciero managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Atletico Aztlan's supporters crossed their fingers, but Natalio Terciero was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Saldungaray AFC getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Conrado Romano hit a great ball. Agustin Cordarin took the ball and in the 57 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Modesto Inocente. Modesto Inocente dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-4. A collision led to Saldungaray AFC getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Virgilio Eudoxio hit a great ball. When Florentino Oxel fell near the penalty area in the 68th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Saldungaray AFC's protests and gave Florentino Oxel a yellow card for diving instead. Florentino Oxel kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. Severino Federigo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Guillermo Selmo, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. Modesto Inocente made a fantastic save in the 76th minute, when Natalio Terciero sent off a good shot on target. 77 minutes into the match, Agustin Cordarin dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Modesto Inocente, 1-5. After 81 minutes, Agustin Cordarin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Atletico Aztlan and the Saldungaray AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 81st minute, Agustin Cordarin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jose Bastian during the 83rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Atletico Aztlan's Jose Bastian got a free kick in the 83rd minute. 86 minutes into the match, Saldungaray AFC's goalkeeper Modesto Inocente had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Natalio Terciero. Severino Federigo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Astor Casado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 90th match minute, Saldungaray AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eloy Reyes to maneuver through the defense. Atletico Aztlan's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
