Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Guillermo Selmo got the match started through his kick off. Pedro Johans scored 0-1 in the 4th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Modesto Inocente, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After having played for 8 minutes, Pedro Johans managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Guayatayoc's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pedro Johans was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 14 minutes into the match, Pedro Johans notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Saldungaray AFC's Modesto Inocente. Modesto Inocente was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Eloy Reyes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Alfonso Errando tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Rafael Luken had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 23 played minutes Saldungaray AFC got a freekick which was hit by Florentino Oxel. After a rather tough play, Guayatayoc's Desiderio Bizi got a free kick in the 25th minute. Eloy Reyes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 33rd minute, Rafael Luken made a precise shot to the right of Modesto Inocente. Saldungaray AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. 36 minutes into the match, Saldungaray AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Pedro Johans came free, but Modesto Inocente reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 38 minutes into the game, Javier Arixo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Guayatayoc's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Saldungaray AFC the free kick. Alfonso Errando showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Guillermo Selmo in the 45th minute of the match. After 46 minutes of play Guayatayoc's Javier Arixo was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. A collision led to Guayatayoc getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Javier Arixo hit a great ball.

Alfonso Errando showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eloy Reyes, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Juan Cresitobalo struck a weak shot in the 60th minute. Modesto Inocente didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Guayatayoc. After 63 played minutes Guayatayoc got a freekick which was hit by Desiderio Bizi. In the 68th minute, Astor Casado made a precise shot to the right of Alfonso Errando. Guayatayoc's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-3. Alfonso Errando took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Guillermo Selmo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 75 minutes, Juan Cresitobalo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. When Conrado Romano fell near the penalty area in the 77th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Saldungaray AFC's protests and gave Conrado Romano a yellow card for diving instead. Conrado Romano hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emanuel Balesio in the 78th minute of play forced Saldungaray AFC's goalkeeper Modesto Inocente to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Modesto Inocente was out of position in the 80 minute of play, and Rafael Luken capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Rafael Luken really showed his touch with that goal: 2-4. 83 minutes into the match, Guayatayoc's goal looked a bit too open when Guillermo Selmo came free, but Alfonso Errando reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alfonso Errando stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Eloy Reyes's shot from short distance in the 87th minute. In the 91st minute Eloy Reyes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfonso Errando saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Florentino Oxel hit a great freekick 98 minutes into the match. Although Saldungaray AFC had been in control for most of the match, Guayatayoc still came away with the win.
