Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Juan Olo made the kick off and thus started the match. In the 4th minute, Adan Peruxu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 5th minute, Fermin Velasco got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Flavio Mendiko stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gogo Viator's shot from short distance in the 8th minute. Flavio Mendiko made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Braulio Llanos in the 14th minute of play. Alfonso Crescencio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 17th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nicanor Ixidor having to interfere. In the 19th match minute, Caroya was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Enzo Eladio to maneuver through the defense. When Damaso Fernendo came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the Corcovado fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Damaso Fernendo couldn't finish the play. In the 25thth minute of the game Gogo Viator who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Corcovado's Flavio Mendiko was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Corcovado's Juan Olo suffered a sore thigh after 35 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Flavio Mendiko showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gogo Viator, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gogo Viator in the 48th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Flavio Mendiko saved Corcovado from getting behind. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gogo Viator stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Isaias Nastasio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 56 played minutes Corcovado got a freekick which was hit by Roque Fertus. Flavio Mendiko took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gogo Viator, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gogo Viator sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Gogo Viator had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 67th minute, Corcovado's Adan Peruxu seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Adan Peruxu the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Corcovado protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Adan Peruxu had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. 67 minutes into the game, one of Corcovado:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The goalkeeper, Flavio Mendiko, was totally fooled by Caroya's Isaias Nastasio, who 69 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. After 72 played minutes Corcovado got a freekick which was hit by Roque Fertus. Gogo Viator received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Flavio Mendiko tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Flavio Mendiko made an important save on a dangerous shot by Braulio Llanos in the 97th minute. The Caroya players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
